In aanvulling op de gebruikersvoorwaarden, die in deze onverkort van toepassing zijn, geldt hetgeen hierna staat. Deze richtlijn is eerder geplaatst geweest op Oncoline en is vooruitlopend op het actualiseren ervan, nu in deze database opgenomen. De richtlijn zoals die nu is opgenomen voldoet nog niet aan alle kwaliteitseisen die aan publicatie in de Richtlijnendatabase worden gesteld en is daarom als PDF geplaatst. De richtlijn zal modulair worden geactualiseerd in nog volgende onderhoudsronden.
