Indeling

De niet-epitheliale tumoren van het ovarium worden als volgt ingedeeld:

 

Kiemceltumoren

De meest gehanteerde classificatie is volgens de WHO 2020 classificatie (en komt grotendeels overeen met die van de kiemceltumoren van de testis):

  • Teratoom (benigne)
  • Immatuur teratoom
  • Dysgerminoom
  • Yolc sac tumor (ook wel dooierzak tumor)
  • Embryonaal carcinoom
  • Choriocarcinoom
  • Gemengde kiemcel tumor
  • Monodermaal teratoom en somatische type tumoren ontstaan uit dermoid cysten:
    • Struma ovarii NOS of maligne
    • Strumaal carcinoid
    • teratoom met maligne transformatie

Kiemcel seks cord stromal cell tumoren

 

  • Gonadoblastoom

            Gemengde kiemcel- seks cord stromal tumor ongeclassificeerd

 

Sex cord-stromaceltumoren

  • Pure sexcordtumor
    • Adulte granulosaceltumor
    • Juveniele granulosaceltumor
    • Sertoliceltumor
    • Sexcordtumor met annular tubules (SCTAT)
  • Puur stromale tumor
    • Fibroom
    • Thecoom/geluteïniseerd thecoom (met scleroserende peritonitis)
    • Sclerosing/microcysteuze/signet-ring stromale tumor
    • Leydigceltumor
    • Steroïdceltumor NOS
    • Fibrosarcoom
  • Gemengde sexcord-stromaceltumoren
    • Sertoli-Leydigceltumor (goed, matig of slecht gedifferentieerd)
    • Retiform
    • Sexcord-stromaceltumor NOS
    • Gynandroblastoom

Mesenchymale tumoren

  • Endometrioid stromal sarcoom (laaggradig, hooggradig))
  • Smooth muscle tumor
    • Leiomyoom
    • Smooth muscle tumor of uncertain malignant potential (STUMP)
    • Leiomyosarcoom

Mixed epithelial and mesenchymale tumoren

            Adenosarcoom
