What is the diagnostic accuracy of a biopsy pro diagnosi compared to imaging (MRI or CT) to detect a hepatocellular carcinoma in patients with or without cirrhosis/liver disease, with pathology on resected material (for resectable patients) or a clinical follow-up (for unresectable patients) as a reference?
