Searches were run on January 6, 2015. Detailed search strings are given below.

The search resulted in 310 single citations (including 3 citations identified through reference tracking). 265 Citations were excluded based on title &/ abstract. 45 Citations were requested full text. Four studies described in five articles (one article was a study protocol) were selected: two systematic reviews of RCTs and two RCTs.
